As you must have noticed, we’ve been working to improve the JostKYC experience for both the merchants and their customers. Today, we're excited to tell you about some of the improvements and the things we’re currently working on to make screening and verifying customers’ identity easier and more faster.
- Pop Up API Interface: Users do not need to leave the merchant’s website before they can be verified. Every stage of the verification is done on the merchant’s website via JostKYC popup module.
- Colour Theme Selection: Merchant can now select any colour they want for their verification pop up. This helps connecting merchant’s brand colour to the screening platform.
- Suspension Privilege: As a merchant, you can suspend your users directly from your account when unsatisfied with a user verification. More so, you can select the reason(s) for suspension.
- Updated Suspension Call Back: After a merchant suspends a user on Jostkyc, there is a new call back that will be sent to merchant website which serves as a notification. This call back can be programmed to notify users of the suspension.
- Email Settings: As a merchant, you can select if you want to receive an email notification from JostKYC.
- Automatic Verification Update: Users that was initially suspended do not need to send any document to JostKYC anymore, as we have updated the verification module such that, the user will re-verify their account via merchant website based on the reasons for suspension.
